Maad Real Estate Development Company ("Maad") is a limited liability real estate company, registered under Commercial Registration No. 4031064349 on 19/10/1432H, and headquartered in Makkah. The company's activities include real estate development, buying, selling, and developing land for the purpose of selling or constructing buildings on it, as well as investing, renting, and managing real estate projects. The company's operations are concentrated in Makkah, providing it with a deep understanding of the real estate and development market in the city, along with the factors that influence it.
On 16/07/1438H, corresponding to 13/04/2017, Maad signed an agreement with "Al Balad Al Ameen" company, under which Maad will develop the infrastructure for a land area of 6,724,511 square meters located within the Makkah Gate project, southwest of Makkah on Al-Leith Road. A company will be established to develop the project, with ownership shared between Maad (80%) and Al Balad Al Ameen (20%). The company has already commenced work on the site.
Maad has implemented several projects in Makkah, with a total value nearing 2 billion riyals. Key projects included in this presentation amount to over 1.5 billion riyals for infrastructure and over 325 million riyals for superstructure development (such as office and administrative towers and malls).
